Refunds & Returns Policy

At Tique ‘O’ Glam, we want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Worn items, or items showing signs of use, cannot be returned.
  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return

If you meet the return criteria above, please email us at glam@tiqueoglam.co.za with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (if it is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 2 working days with further instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We can exchange your item for another size or style (if available), provided it meets the return eligibility requirements.

To request an exchange, follow the return steps above and let us know your desired replacement item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent.
  • If your return is approved and a refund or exchange is granted, we will provide return address details and delivery instructions.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn shoes or clothing
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
